1. Ensure Proper Freezing:

Make sure your breast milk is completely frozen and securely sealed in airtight, leak-proof bags. Store the bags in your freezer until pick-up.

2. Label Clearly:

Label each bag with the date it was expressed and your name. This helps us maintain accurate tracking throughout the process.

3. Pack for Pick-Up:

Place your frozen breast milk bags in a zip-lock bag. If you do not have zip-lock bags, we can provide them upon request. 

​4. Schedule Your Pick-Up:

Our team will contact you to arrange a pick-up time that works best for you.

5. Be Available:

Ensure someone is available at the scheduled pick-up time. Our courier will arrive promptly to collect your breast milk, ensuring it reaches our facility in optimal condition.

6. Track Your Order:

After the pick-up, you will receive a confirmation and tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your order until it’s safely in our hands.
