How Freeze-Drying Works

In a vacuum chamber, the frozen milk’s water content is converted directly from ice to vapor, removing moisture without affecting the milk’s nutrients.

Step 3: Secondary Drying-Desorption
The temperature is gently increased to remove any remaining water, leaving the milk dry and ready for long-term storage.
